Fragrance Disclaimer : Since fragrances are subjective and interact differently with skin chemistry, state that the company is not responsible for personal dissatisfaction with a scent profile.

​And orders are only processed once payment is confirmed.

 Hygiene Policy: Due to the nature of perfumes and attars, returns are only accepted for damaged or wrong items (unopened/sealed). If you do open box delivery.
 The window for reporting issues (e.g., within 48 hours of delivery).
